This is a little car made by Maisto in the 80s or 90s. It's a white convertible Corvette- 1953 with red interior. It is all metal except for the interior seats, tires, windshield and bottom. Both doors open. It has a scratch 1/8" long on the some on the windshield but other than that it is in great shape.
It is 4.5" long and 2" wide.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
