This is a nice pair of ladies glove that come up 2.25" above the wrist bone. They are an off white and made of a knit material. There are no tags in them so I can't tell exactly what type of material. They are sewn in a pattern on the outside of the glove. The top has a scalloped edge. These fit me and I have average size hands.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?

Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
