This is a discontinued Hostess Set by Lunt with the name "Contrast". The handles are ebony nylon. It includes a spreader knife, a cheese knife, a cheese spoon and a fork. The fork and spoon are sterling and the two knives are stainless. They are in the original box which is lined in pink satin. The cheese knife is 7.5" long and the shortest one, the fork is 6". Very nice set, makes a great gift. The set is in mint condition, appears to have never been used, there are no scratches or marks at all on any pieces.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
