This is an exquisite collector Barbie. It is a porcelain reproduction of the 1959 Barbie and she is a Limited Edition and the first in a series. She was made in the 90s. Has not been removed from the box. Comes with a certificate of authenticity and all paperwork in original box. Made by Mattel in Malaysia. She is wearing white gloves and a fur stole, has a chic blue tulle fascinator to match her blue polka dot dress and blue clutch. She is bejeweled with pearls and earrings.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
