This is another USPS document- a book published in Washington in 1913 which is a "guide for use in connection with the official parcel-post map in determining the rate of postage to be charged...." It is a big book- 11 x 8.75 x 1". 395 pages. A little bit of history here.
The back cover is missing. The front and spine a little beat up but there is no writing in it and the staples holding the inside together are in fine shape. I love the pony express logo on the front.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
