This is a cool little book "especially prepared for the General Electric refrigerators" in 1927. It was written by Miss Alice Bradley. It starts with talking about how having a refrigerator, many of your family food problems are solved. It is hard for us to imagine not having a refrigerator but refrigerators for home use were not invented until 1913 so even in 1927 not everyone had one!
It has 144 pages and is 8.25 x 5.5". It is in pretty good condition, is a bit dirty and a piece of the paper on the front cover is torn. The cover has come away from the binding some, but the pages are still together intact.
It features some recipes such as ice creams, parfaits, salads, donuts, aspics and more.
