This is a fan put out by Tums for Drugstores. This one came from The Franklin Thrift in Piqua, Ohio. The top says "You get the best at the Drug Store- Drugs and Everything" and the handle advertises Tums and Natures Remedy.
It is 11 x 6" and the lower two thirds, which was scored had torn across so is taped to keep it from flapping. The price reflects this flaw.

I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
