This is an unopened 1990 Barbie, the second special edition of Navy Barbie wearing her Petty Officer white uniform skirt, blue scarf, blue and white hat & black pumps. She also comes with matching pants and extra shoes, a brush and a map. She originally cost $19.99. They are now $59.99 at Walmart. It was made by Mattel. She is standard 11". The back says that her uniform is official and the insignia on her blouse is authentic indicating she is a petty officer first class and a quartermaster, has been in 8 years and earned many honors.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
