My mermaids are designed by me and are One of a Kind. They come signed and can live indoors or outdoors on a patio and will last for 10-20 years. I have had mermaids on my central Ca patio for 20 years. They just need to be cleaned regularly as they can get really dirty outside. They are sturdy but will break if dropped on a hard floor.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.
How much is a custom mermaid?
It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
