This is a cute little doll from Portugal who is wearing a cute little straw hat that isn't really straw but a rubbery material. She is made from a semi hard plastic and when she lays down her eyes close. She is barefoot and has a red and yellow dress with a lace yoke and aprom that says Assisi on it.
She is 8.25" tall and in good condition.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
