This is an old top with some beautiful tole painting on it in red and green. Still has the original string. Is shaped like a bell almost, has only a tiny little button on the bottom to spin on. The wood is in really good condition.
It is 4" tall and about 4" in diameter.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
