A well preserved March 21, 1949 Life Magazine back in the day when they were made really large, this one is 14 X 10.5" and 148 pages. This one has a tiny bit of water damage on some of the edges but is in good condition, some dog ears but no ratty edges!
Has great ads (Squibb Dental Creme, Studebaker. movies like "The Pride of the Yankees", Schlitz, Glamorug...) and interesting articles. Some good ones: "The War Memoirs of Winston Churchill", "Filibuster Threatens Truman Program", "Editor Fights for an Education for 1,000 Negroes", "The Happy Life of a Cuban Correspondent" and much, much more.
