McCalls Magazine December 1926

Sorry, this item has sold.

One of our favorite magazines from 92 years ago, with a gorgeous portrait of Queen Esther painted for McCalls by Neysa McMein. It was the "last of a series of portraits of the heroines of the great love stories of the world". How awesome is that?!

This mag is 13.5" x 10.5" and is in pretty good shape considering its age. The edges are a little worn and there are some spots, you can see them in the photos, so look closely please. The inner pages are in great shape and are hardly yellowed.

It has a complete novelette by Temple Bailey in it, an article by Aldous Huxely "What I think of America", an article about Europe's most marriageable princesses, short stories, and oh my the clothes! And the ads! Some of the ads are worth as much as the magazine.

These are great just to have, or can be used as art. So many things in this magazine are frameable and would look great on any wall.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.

I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

How much is a custom mermaid?

It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.

I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?

No.

Can you hold an item until I get paid?

No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I do!
