An original October 1911 Woman's World magazine for you. It says there was a circulation of over 2 million a month even back then. One interesting article is "President Taft's Message to Women" which starts out, "I wish that every girl in the world were so situated that she would not think it necessary for her to marry unless she really wanted to." Wow. I'm impressed by that. He believed that education was better than money, and believed in education for women and his daughter and he believed in the suffrage movement. There are lots of ads for buying clothes and patterns and the gorgeous illustrations to go with them. There is an article on window draperies. Cooking and recipes, canning, and furniture ads are in the mag as well.
It is 50 pages and 13.5 x 10.25". This one is in really good antique condition. The cover and back has torn away from each other right at the top and there are some small dog ears. But this cover is in such good shape it could be framed and look great.
