This is a tiny picture, affixed to a piece of wood with a gold hanger. The picture is called "The Angelus" a copy of a painting done in 1859 by Jean Francois Millet. It's a picture of 2 peasants digging up potatoes in a Barbizon field and stopping to say the prayer, The Angelus. The original has a church tower in the background but this one was a setting sun.
It is 2 3/4 x 3 5/16 x 1/4". Has no scratches or nicks.
