A pirate or a colonial man? I've searched high and low for the answer, but I still think this German made ashtray is is pretty cool. has a matte glaze and appears to even been antiqued with glaze. I tried to scrub it off thinking maybe it was old ash but wasn't. It is 5" in diameter. There are no chips, cracks or crazing but the orange glaze has worn off on parts of his hat.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?

Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
