This brochure is a really beautiful one. It is for the Antlers Hotel in Colorado Springs, CO. According to the website, this hotel was originally built by the founder, Palmer, in 1883. It had central steam heat and gas lighting. It boasted 75 guestrooms and held Palmer's many deer and elk trophies. Unfortunately, it burned to the ground in 1898. It was rebuilt in 1901 and continued to operate until 1964. It reopened in 1967 in it's original location and is currently run by Wyndham. It looks nothing like it used to when it was called "Little London".
This 1920's brochure is 9 X 4" and even boasts inside that it is absolutely fireproof! It has wonderful photographs inside, it's in great vintage condition.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.
How much is a custom mermaid?
It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
