This little bird is so feminine and beautiful. It is perfect decor for a vintage wedding or a girly bedroom/bathroom. I have seen other pieces throughout etsy that totally match it.
It was made in the 1950s in Japan. It's tiny, only 3" tall and the base is 1.5" X 1". The feathers, beak and tail are painted with gilt and there is also a litle gilded flower. It's in good vintage condition, no cracks, chips or nicks but a little of the gold had rubbed off of part of the center of the flower and part of one petal and a teeny tip of the beak.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.
How much is a custom mermaid?
It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
