Made this upside down tear drop and it isn't perfect but the price reflects that and maybe you've been looking for a more affordable piece. I am still learning the craft of silversmithing and mainly just want to keep practicing so I can get better, so basically charging the cost of making it and not making a profit. It is 1 5/16" long not counting the bail, with the bail it is 1 7/8" and it is 3/4" wide. What's wrong with it? I melted one of the little spires on the bezel on the right side and the balls on the bottom are a little off center. Other than that, the labradorite is a nice thick piece, it is made with quality sterling, it is signed and marked and it is pretty! Free shipping too!

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?

Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
