Made this necklace and I really love it. It is made with brass findings such as the clasp, the separator and some chain, It has 2 pendants, one is a brass leaf which is 1.75 x .75" and the other a striped agate which is 1 5/8" in diameter and 1/4" thick. a big nice piece. The bottom of it hangs down 15.5" from the clasp. The bottom of the leaf is 10" from the clasp. The shortest chain (with the leaf on it) is 15" long and is made from glass beads, heishi beads and seed beads, the second string is 23" and is made with brass chain, wood beads and glass beads. The third string is 26" (not counting the agate) and is made with wood and glass seed beads. Has a large brass hook clasp. Free shipping in the US and makes a nice gift!

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?

Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
