This necklace is surrounded by silver solder (there is no lead in my solder) with a jump ring attached vor the chain. It has a button clasp. The pendant is 2.5 x 1.75". It is very flat, 2-3 mm thick. The silver plated chain is 20". The jasper has browns, mustards and off whites with some translucent spots. Very nice statement piece.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?

Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
