This vase featuring a hunting scene was made by Royal Bayreuth a high quality Bavarian manufacturer. The vase also has the PT crest which stands for the Tettau Porcelain Factory. It was made between the late 1800s and 1902. It stands 8.5" tall and the footed base is 2.5" in diameter. Has a very narrow top. In very good condition, no cracks, crazing or nicks. When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?

Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
