This gal is a classic Nyform troll named Lena. She is missing her tags but is in good condition. These were made in Norway by Trygve Torgersen and started being made in the 60s and this is a 60s one. She is 5.5" tall and about 4" wide. It appears as if her feet got wait as there are some water spots on her heels and side of feet.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
