Here is a 5 lb 5 oz box of scrapbooking, cardmaking, ephemera paper! It is a 12.5 x 12.5 x 1.75" package. There are approximately 108 pages of 12 x 12", 20 pages of 8 x 10", 20 pages of 8 x 8", 18- 8 x 5" and another 20 of smaller sizes. Some have 2 different designs on the front and back, some are decorative, some are plain, some are thinner, some are cardstock. Something of every color. There's even some mulberry and handmade paper in there.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.
How much is a custom mermaid?
It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
