I have no idea when this was made, I have researched it and can't even find one like it or similar. James Cash Penney opened his first store in Wyoming in 1902. By 1912 He had 34 stores. Now that's a success story! This little guy was made by DART in Nebraska and stands 2" tall and 2" around. It has a general store type building on the front with raised vines around the piece. It has no flaws.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.
How much is a custom mermaid?
It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
