This is an early, cheap version of a Victorian shoe buttoner. It has no rust, has a black handle that isn't Bakelite but a similar plastic. Very hard. It is 4.25" long in total, the handle 2 5/8" and the hook, 1 5/8". Sorry about the thumbnail, Etsy's thumbnail editor doesn't seem to be working.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?

Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
