This is a cute little vintage Christmas tray from Jack Sloan's Fireside Inn in the Monterey Peninsula in CA. Probably from the 50s'. It is 3.75 x 4.5", solid black glass on back. Red and gold on white on front with the following: "Never a Christmas morning, Never the Old Year Ends, but somebody thinks of somebody, Old days, Old times, Old friends. Jack Sloan Fireside Inn Monterey Peninsula". No nicks or flea bites. Like new, no fading of design or missing areas.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
