This dress is super cute. It doesn't have any tags inside so I am not sure of the maker or the size. I guestimate that it is a size 10. It has a crinoline underneath but it's one that isn't super large, it's like, perfect. The top of the dress and the long sleeves are lace with velvet polka dots. The rest of the dress is black velvet. The only thing wrong with it is that the button holder which is elastic has come undone. I am going to try to fix it, I just haven't done it yet. The measurements: shoulder seam to shoulder seam (the top) is 14.75". Top of center of neck to bottom of dress is 45". Shoulder seam to wrist seam of sleeve is 24". It has a back zipper of 9.75". Front center of top of dress to where the velvet starts is 6.75". Side seam to side seam on the bottom him is 59". Free US shipping.

I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.
