Pictures do not do this robin justice (at least my photography!) It is just so pretty and in perfect condition. It is mid century, produced in Japan. It was designed and signed by Dave Grossman. It is porcelain and matte- no shiny glaze and the detail is amazing. If you love birds, well, you need this. I am putting this on without dimensions, as I forgot to measure it I realize and will add the dimensions soon! OOPS. It has no flaws, no nicks or anything.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.
How much is a custom mermaid?
It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
