This is a Limited Edition Barbie, put out just for Macy's in 1996. She has never been removed from her perch in her box. She has an off white jacquard coat with matching dress and the coat is lined with silk and Barbie icons. She comes with a stand, purse, white pumps, pearl bracelet and a Macys shopping bag. She has auburn hair and green eyes. Standard 11.5" tall. Great gift for the collector in your life or anyone who loves shopping at Macys!

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
