Here's a mermaid carrying all her books she can't wait to read! She is polymer clay and she hangs from a wire in the top of her head. Nylon line is attached to so she looks like she's hanging out in thin air. She has been varnished so that she can live indoors or outdoors if she is kept from direct weather like under a patio or eave. I've been making these for over 20 years and have had them last about that long outdoors. They will break if dropped just like ceramics, it's usually just a crack. She is 7" tall and 2.5" wide. When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.
How much is a custom mermaid?
It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
