This is a set of 4 stereographs from the 1860s-1870s. These are a little different than typical stereographs as the black and white photos are printed on transparent albumen and then parts were hand colored. Sometimes pin priks were created too to look like flickering lights. This set has the description written in french which makes it a little difficult for me but here's what I got from translating 1. When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
