Meet Simon the Cellarer, who I believe was an official who managed a monastery's provisions of food, drink and other supplies. This is a Toby pitcher which is 6" tall and the bottom is 4.75 x 4" and the handles is 4" long. I believe it holds a quart. Simon and his occupation is in raised lattering along the green part of the bottom. He looks like a happy guy. Royal Doulton began making these in the 1930s from the tradition of Toby Philpot pitchers made in 18th century England. This one was made between 1935 and 1960. He is a character from a drinking song and it was designed by Charles J. Noke. Free shipping in the US.

No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
