This is an early 1900s spring scale, used to weigh items by suspending them by the hook. It is a #2, goes up to 25 lbs. The middle part is 4.75 x 1.5". The hook is 2.75". The ring on top is 1.5 x 1.25". It has a nice patina, I think the back was originally painted black.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
