This is a vintage bib necklace from the 80s or 90s. It has 3 bibs, each with pretty designs embossed and the last has dangles on it. The bibs with the dangles are 4.5" long. The top is 3" wide. The chain is 7 1/8" on each side with an additional 2.5" chain to make it adjustable.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
