I LOVE this. This was put out in 1977 by THE singing cowboy (1970-1998) and has some really great songs on it. The vinyl appears to have some light scratches but I listened to the entire thing and there are no skips, drags, warping. Sounds great. Still has some plastic on it. The sleeves are stained. When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
