This doll is so adorable. She is wearing gray felt pants and purple top coat and top hat with a pink satin blouse. She is 7.5" tall but with base and hat is 9.5. I have considered her to be a Lenci or a Virga but I cannot confirm either. Under the base is the word "Depose" which means it came from a European country, probably France and was patented. She is hard plastic and I cannot find another doll like this after searching and researching for an hour. She is probably from the 40s or 50s. Free shipping in the US.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?

Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
