This is a 7.75" plate from the 1920s. I cannot determine who made it. It has a very fragile sticky tag on the back but it is illegible. It may be Royal Vienna. This has an art nouveau style with a green rim gilded with floral bouquets and a lady in the center with a lavender flower in her hair. It is in very good vintage condition, no chips, no cracks, no crazing.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
