This guy is Santa with Pole or Grandpa Santa, made by Annalee in New Hampshire. Highly collectible, this guy is so cute with his pot belly in his Scandanavian clothes. He is bendable and is 8.5" tall and stands on a green mat that is 5.5" in diameter. He has his original tags, was made in 1994 and is in great vintage condition.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
