This necklace has a large silver plated charm featuring a vintage couple sharing a kiss. The charm is 1" square. The necklace has cream colored natural stone beads, swarovski crystals, white glass rose beads and cream seed beads with silver plate finding. has a hook and eye clasp.
The necklace is 17 " long, which on me the charm hangs right below the hollow under the collarbone. I put the picture on the charm myself and gave it a vintage look to match the time frame of picture.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?

Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
