This is a beautiful mint condition brooch. It has swirls of "ribbon" filled with tiny rhinestones and in the center are four marquis rhinestones with s mall one in the center. It is circa 1950 and has no marks on it to determine who made it. It was attached to a jewelry card theat has a Fleur de Lis with "Mark of Quality". I have researched and am unable to identify it.

I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.
