2 little rough pictures, made in the fifties featuring a print that appears to be decopauged onto wood which is not perfectly square. They are 4 5/8" wide, 3 5/8" tall and 1/4" thick. One is a sunset picture of 3 big boats and 1 little boat, the other, also a sunset picture shows gondolas in Italy or France. The pictures are very detailed. They have hangers on the back in gold tone.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?

Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
