This art nouveau frame is old but I am unsure how old it is or the type of metal. It is heavy but on the back the top layer of plating is peeling off. The front looks great, I didn't want to attempt to polish it, but if you buy it, feel free. The outside of the frame is 3.25" x 4" and the inside is for a picture 2 3/8 x 1 3/4. There is no glass with it.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.
How much is a custom mermaid?
It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
