This is a super sweet necklace to wear day or night. It's all one color so can go with a variety of outfts. It is 16" long and made to ft a variety of necks, you can link the clasp to any part of the chain. Dark red glass beads and lighter ruby colored glass beads make up the side of the piece and look gorgeous with the 3 felt ruby roses. Each rose is 1.5" in diameter. Very sturdy.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.
How much is a custom mermaid?
It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
