If you have looked at some of my other items, you know that I am learning silversmithing and so am selling some of my mistakes for cost only in order to keep learning0 (it is an expensive hobby!). This is a beautiful piece of red jasper with some pretty swirls in it as well as 2 circles within circles. There are a couple of flaws with this piece. The first is the jump ring on top. It is supposed to be sterling but some copper has come through so I believe I got ripped off and it is actually silver plate. Second, the beautiful design on the the bevel piece. One side I overheated and melted. It also didn't fit in the bevel as well as I would have liked so I have reinforced it with E-6000. The pendant is 1 1/4" long and 3/8" square.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.
How much is a custom mermaid?
It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
