This is a beautiful ceramic Kuan Yin who is a revered bodhisattva in East Asian Buddhism. She is often represented as a female but can also be male or androgynous and is the figure of compassion and mercy- "she who hears the cries of the world". She is 6" tall and the base is 1 7/8" in diameter. The brown glazing over an ochre color is so pretty.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.

Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
