This is a gorgeous, hand painted lamp base made in Occupied Japan during WWII. It features a ladie with roses in her hair and flowers on her shoulder/bodice. It has 4 gilded feet and is 7.5" tall and the bottom is 4.5 x 3" oval. A nice unblemished piece. A little bit of the gilding is faded but there are no cracks, chips or crazing. When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.
How much is a custom mermaid?
It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?

Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
