I am new to silver smithing and this is one of my very first projects. It is a white pearl and the rest is sterling ,925. It is adjustable and in the picture it is a size 6. It could be adjusted and still look nice as a 5 1/2 or a 7. It has a crown bezel, has 2 handmade silver leaves and the band is floral and scrolls. The band has a strip of silver on the inside to make it sturdier. It's not perfect but I am getting better and need to sell my first projects (at a discount) to keep learning. It is an expensive hobby at this point.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.
How much is a custom mermaid?
It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
