First my disclaimer: I started learning silversmithing in the fall of 2024. It is an expensive endeavor so I decided to sell my first projects, even with their imperfections at cost so I could continue to practice and learn. That said, this is a cute little ring with 2 8mm stones. It is an 8 1/2 size. It is marked and signed as well. Here are the problems with it: One bezel is perfect, the other one (holding the stones) has been partially melted in the soldering process- (luckily, I have finally mastered not doing that!) but the stone is secure so no worries about that. The rest of it looks great.

When will I receive my refund for a damaged product.
I will happily refund for anything damaged during shipping. However, I must receive pictures of the damage, the box and the wrapping. I will refund you as soon as I receive this in order to file a claim with USPS or Shipsurance.
How much is a custom mermaid?
It depends on the size and the work involved. Custom mermaids start at $50.
I saw an item like this on EBay for less. Can you match the price?
No.
Can you hold an item until I get paid?
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
