This is a plate from 1919, that was made for the Panama-Pacific International Expo, a World Fair held in San Francisco in 1919. It is a bread plate, 6.25" in diameter. It has little scallops around the edge and then a brown line around that with the Liberty Bell in the center. There is no makers mark on it. It appears that probably a group in the US bought them in bulk and put a water transfer on and then embellished it with the words and brown line. A collectors piece for sure. The only one I can find is on Ebay for $175 which is ridiculous. Free shipping in the US.

No.
No. I have done this before, taken the item out of inventory and then the person never bought. This causes me to have to pay to re-list the item and miss out on other potential sales. Please do not ask me to do this.
Yes, I do!
